Hiya!
As it is now November I thought I would tell you just some of the reasons I love the month of November.
1. Its not long till Christmas!!
2. The leaves are falling off the trees!
3. It is now acceptable to wear my beanie hats
4. It is also now socially acceptable to wear my fluffy boots as well
5. I can also wear my scarves now without getting too hot!
6. Christmas cups coming out!
7. Christmas lights being switched on
8. Fireworks!
These are just a few reasons why I love the month of November. I can't wait for December, which I love even more! Hope to see you soon!

My blogging inspiration - Betsy Blue English | Blogtober day 4
Heya!
I'm back again and today I'm going to be telling you all about who inspires me when I'm blogging. My main inspiration has to be no other than Betsy Blue English, writer and owner of fashion and lifestyle blog "its Thursday tho". (itsthursdaytho.com)
I love Betsy because not only does she love fashion and have amazing style! She is also an amazing writer and the way she writes gives you the impression that she's been doing it for way longer than she has! And quite honestly, she's way better than the likes of Zoella and Sprinkle of Glitter and deserves a lot more recognition than she already has and needs so many more reads!
The part about her that really inspires me is that she is true top herself and lets her personality shine through her blog. She also openly tells you where her clothes are from instead of pretending that she has forgotten.
As well as all of that she is absolutely gorgeous. She's a stunner! No wonder she has a boyfriend!

My trip to Venezia | Blogtober Day 3
Heya again!
I'm back again, and as promised, I am giving you a post all about my little holiday to Venice. (I promised this way back in my "My Summer" post) It all went so quickly and I would happily go there again for a lot longer! (Maybe two weeks next time?) It is one of my favourite places of all time to visit, and not just because of the food!
I flew out on the 28th August and my flight got delayed an hour due to an air show happening in Venice, ANNOYING! Anyway, I got there in the end and headed towards the lido, which was where I was staying. I stayed in an apartment close to the vaporetto stop. (the vaporetto is the water bus for anyone who doesn't know) It overlooked the water and was absolutely stunning. I loved watching the sunsets every evening before going out for dinner. Some of you may have noticed a picture or two of the sunset happened to pop up on my instagram while I was there. (insta: Abbey_Mariexx) The other great thing about the apartment was that it had an air con. That was also amazing and made it so much nicer to sleep at night.
On my first full day in Venice I went to the beach on the lido. (yes, Venice has a beach people!) The sand was boiling and would quite literally burn your feet! However, the sea was nice and cool but wasn't too cold. I loved spending time on the beach. I also went back on the last day and had enjoyed a few dinks at the bars around the beach which was very nice.
I also went into central Venice as well. I absolutely loved walking over the Rialto bridge, browsing the shops and eating that famous gelato! It was all so beautiful, especially with all the canals and water surrounding the island. It was also heaving with people. Central Venice is so busy and crowded with people yet so beautiful at the same time!
While I was there I also went hopping around all the Venetian islands. I visited Murano, the glass island and Burano, the lace island. I posted a pictured of Burano on insta and I thought it was absolutely gorgeous. However, I wasn't so interested in the lace. I loved the glass though on Murano. I bought a pair of glass red rose earrings in Murano which I absolutely adore! Murano was a beautiful island as well.
I had such a great time in Venice and loved every single second of it! The weather was gorgeous and the islands were so beautiful! As I have said I would happily go back there and definitely go there for longer! I hope you have enjoyed reading this post as much I enjoyed writing it and experiencing it. I also hope you are enjoying Blogtober. If you have any requests let me know on twitter or in the comments on instagram. See you next time!

Fall favourites | Blogtober Day 2
Hi!
I have to admit, I've been so bad at updating this blog recently. Please forgive me! However, blogtober is the perfect time to correct this. My first post for blogtober will be a fall favourites, as it is now fall. (wow! where did summer go?) My favourites will cover a range of things from beauty, lifestyle and fashion. Some of my favourties will be things I am already loving and some are things I am sooo looking forward to!
My first favourite is from beauty and is the Oh My Gloss lipstick in snog by Rimmel London. I love this product for evenings especially, but can work for all times of day. The pigment of it is so strong and smells amazing! (For me, it does!) The colour is perfect for all occasions. Its like a red lip, but not quite as bold, so therefore easier to wear.
Another thing I am absolutely buzzing for is wearing beanies! I love beanies and I have a few. My most recent one I bought was from Primark for £3. I've also seen one in River Island I love which is £15.

My next favourite is from lifestyle and is a well - known thing across the globe. Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte. I only tried this 2 weeks ago and instantly fell in love. I have a big sweet tooth and this kind of drink is just perfect for me! I don't want it to go! It makes me love autumn even more than I already do!
I am also loving the Revlon colourstay eyeshadow palette in moonlit. I think I may have mentioned this in a previous post and it is a really nice, brown shade. Personally, I think brown is really underrated as an eyeshadow colour. It's my favourite colour to wear!
In the fashion world I am loving fluffy winter boots. Yes, I know its not winter quite yet but these can also be worn in fall. I got mine in Next a couple of years ago but you can get these type of boots everywhere, including the famous brand, Uggs.
Carrying on with style I am loving something that happens to be very on trend at the moment. Denim jackets. I love mine I got from Dorothy Perkins for £28. It really works for a casual look, especially on a Sunday, or any day to be exact! It also works perfectly with leggings. Not jeans though. Double denim is a sin in my style book.
That's all for this blog post today. I hope you enjoyed it! Let me know what you would like to see this month as part of Blogtober. See you tomorrow!

My Summer
Heyy!
Firstly, I have to apologise for being so slack with my blog posts over the summer! Its gone so quickly! But now I'm going to be back to posting at least once a week. This week I'm going to be talking all about what I did over the summer! I was lucky enough to have a whole 7 weeks off school. (Just sad it's all over now!) I did do a lot though and I'll take you through all of it!
Firstly, I went to Oxford Street with my mum to check out primark for a few holiday bits and pieces. I picked up a bikini and a kaftan. Around this time it was also boiling hot and reached a staggering heat of 34 degrees! (Heat wave weather here in the UK!) So I also went to a few places which luckily had air conditioning and chilled out while eating frozen yoghurt and drinking ice lemon tea from Costas. I also went to see the film "Mike and Dave need wedding dates" which was HILARIOUS! (It is a cert 15 here in the UK though, I'm not sure in other places, I have warned you though!)
About a week after all of that I went away to Lincolnshire and stayed over a night in Nottingham city centre. I had a lot of fun there and really ch illed out. I went to Nottingham race course (it was my mums birthday) and had fun in the pool. I also happened to do rather a lot of shopping, which if you know me, is very unusual for me. (insert jokes emoji) Overall, it was a good holiday.
After I got back I met up with my friend Anna (your 15 minutes of fame right here. you'll thank me later when your up on that west end stage!!) and we went shopping. (Yes, again!) It was really good to see her and catch up!
Then I travelled down to Brighton to see my younger cousin Orla and she came down to mine for a couple of days. It was a crazy fun week and would totally do it again!
4 days after Orla left me (sad face) I flew off to Venice for my second major holiday of the year. I stayed in the lido and it was an amazing trip and loved every minute. I went to the beach, central Venice and visited Murano, the glass island and Burano, the lace island. I might do a separate post on my trip there next time and give you more details. I flew back home 2 days ago and I started back at school today.
Unfortunately, my summers now over and I've started back at school. Just one more year until I'm off to college! I'm going to try to embrace it. (Note the "try").
Until next time

My time in year 10
Hi!
Its finally summer and that means the end of another academic year. I've just finished year 10 and thought I would talk to you lot about a few things that have happened this academic year. I've mentioned a few of these things on my other post "10 things I've learned in year 10" which you can check out.
First of all I made new friends this year. In September I was in a position where I didn't have many friends and had just come out of an old one. I was trying hanging out with different people and I just couldn't find the right people. Luckily, in January I found the right group and I'm so glad I did!
Another thing that happened was that I met Union J again for the second time. (I know, so school related!) It was at a gig and I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately after "I'm a celeb" George left which was sad but he has been replaced by Casey Johnson form Stereo Kicks who were on X Factor 2014.
During year 10 I also completed coursework for my GCSE's. I tried my best with this and I really hope I've done well with it. It was hard but I'm on the other side! I've still got a little bit more to do but it's mostly done! I just hope I've done well so far with the things I've done already.
I also had a heck of a lot of fun in year 10! I went to Nottingham, saw Little Mix live, saw Union J live and met them, met Rylan (I'll give ya'll a post on that soon!) and had a lorra fun with m friends.
Overall, I've had a great time in year 10 in all aspects. (Well, apart from school itself, that's a bore!) The only thing is that next year is year 11 and that means GCSE's and I'm not looking forward to the workload!

10 things I've learnt in year 10...
Hi!
As I've just finished year 10 I thought I would share 10 things I've learnt this year. I will also put up a post going into detail on a few things I've done this academic year. Academic and non-academic. Have fun reading!
1. Times can get tough. But they don't last forever and there is light at the end of the tunnel.
2. Friends pop up when you least expect it.
3. Work hard, then play harder.
4. Always revise for your exams. ALWAYS!
5. No, you can't always see the boy band. School, unfortunately does come first sometimes.
6. When you do get to see the boy band, make the most of it. You never know what's going to happen.
7. Go to as many gigs as you can. But make sure you do well at school.
8. Friends are important
9. Don't let your height affect you
10. The people who were once your tormentors will one day be irrelevant.
These are just some of the things that I have learnt in year 10. Thanks for reading!

A day at Westfield...
Heya!
Firstly, I need to apologise for being so slack with my blog posts lately. I've been so busy with exams and school work recently that I haven't had time to write a blog post nor have I been in the right mindset! But anyway, lets get on to what this blog post is actually about!
Wayy back on the 18th June, just before my exams, I was supposed to go on a M.A.C makeup course with my mum. Unfortunately, it was cancelled late the day before. We were told we were going to be going to be contacted the next day to reschedule, but we weren't. (I still haven't heard anything and I'm not happy!) However, instead of going on this makeup course me and my mum decided to go to Westfield in Shepherds Bush.
At Westfield we had an experience like no other! We were in House of Fraser, at the Urban Decay Counter and this guy called Caleb, who works at the Urban Decay counter asked my mum if she needed any help. My mum asked if he could give a bit of information on the makeup that Urban Decay do. We were both then given the best information and insight into makeup (and specifically Urban Decay) ever!
I learnt so many things from Caleb. For example, instead of buying and using a concealer you can just double up your foundation and save yourself the money. Also, Urban Decay do a Naked Flushed palette which includes a bronzer, blusher and highlight, for just £23! Its such a good deal compared to buying them separately where they sell for around £20 each. Caleb also introduced me to the b6 spray. You spray this over your face after you've cleansed your face in the shower. Caleb told me that he had been using this for around 6 months and had really noticed a difference in his skin.
In the end I bought the b6 spray, the Naked Skin foundation, Naked flushed palette in native, the b6 spray, the famous setting spray and the new vice lipstick in weirdo. As well as all of that, Caleb gave me a freebie bag. In the freebie bag there was a load of goodies which I will take you through in a separate urban decay haul post soon! Me and my mum ended up spending a shocking £189! Eek! My mum was shocked she had spent so much and so was I! She isn't the type of person who would normally spend that much on anything, let alone makeup! She is totally amazing and I so grateful for everything she's done for me!
After House of Fraser (Caleb must have spent well over and hour with us and he paid so much attention to detail and he was so nice and we are so grateful for that!) we went to Snog frozen yoghurt which me and my mum are both in love with! I paid for this and it was amazing as always! We both had the chocolate flavour which, in my humble opinion, (lets hope its humble!) is by far the best! I always have it! Then, after our snog we went round the likes of Topshop and picked up a few items in the sale. My mum picked up a jumper on sale (which is very typical of her! Who says Wales need the EU when they've got my mother!) and I picked up pizza necklace on sale. (If you know me you know that I LOVE pizza! If you do know me and you don't know that then, who the hell are who!?)
Soon it was the end of our trip and decided to head home. When I got home me and my family all went out for pizza at a local pizza place. It was a great day I don't want to forget and I thought it would also be a great day to share with you lot on here.

Summer wishes
Hey!
I'm writing this while sitting in my room while outside it is a damp and drizzly day. UGH! Its June already! How can the weather be so bad in June!?
Any way, as it is summer (supposedly) I thought I would take you through some of my favourite fashion items of the summer. Some I have owned for a while but some are currently on the market now!
These are from Topshop and are perfect for that distressed look and are really great for festivals! I am desperate to get my hands on these!!!
This is available at ASOS and is from skinny dip! Its a great little western bag and is a perfect bag if you don't want to have to carry to much with you this summer.
A pretty little pair from New Look. Great for a summer evening do. Does it remind anyone else of Perrie Edwards a bit?
A GEORGEOUS dress from Topshop. Perfect for a big summer event. A little pricey, but totally worth it!
An Urban Outfitters number. I love denim jackets and they make a relaxed look for me. A bit pricey though so might have to wait or the sales to kick in!
A top that Betsy Blue English introduced me to on her blog itsthurdaytho.com (I really recommend you check it out!) I love her sense of style and this top is beaut! I NEED to know where this is from so I can get it!
I have to say thanks to Betsy Blue and It's Thursday Tho for introducing me to a couple of items! I can't wait to go all out on a massive shopping splurge!

Places I want to travel to...
Hi!
So, this is sort of a travel bucket list. I love to travel which I have probably mentioned before and I have written a couple of blog posts before about when I have gone places and what I have done. There are a lot of places in the world which want to visit. Here I'm going to mention just a few.
- New York. Doesn't everybody want to to the city that never sleeps?
- Mexico. Sun, beaches and fajitas. Sounds fun!
- L.A. The lifestyle seems lush.
- Australia. A place on the other side of the world which I would love to explore and seems totally different and fun with a lot of fun!
- Greece. Seems like such a lush placed on Earth.
- Newcastle. I know, close to home but a place I really wanna visit! All Geordies seem so nice and fun! They also seem so friendly!
- Dubai. A beautiful place.
- Bora Bora. Looks like such a lush place with all its sand and water!
- Rome. A place with so much history! I'm lucky enough to be able to go to Venice this year which is a totally beautiful place!
-Brazil! A place which seems to have so many secrets!
Here are just a few places which I would love to visit someday! Thanks for reading and hope you've enjoyed it!

30 things you would have (or will) learn/t the year you turn/ed 20....
1. Always have a water bottle in your car.
2. Carry an extra lighter (even if you don't smoke)
3. Get something new where you go to eat often, not just your usual.
4. Make a budget for yourself.
5. But don't forget to give yourself some play money and always round upon how much things cost so you have money left over.
6. If you're texting someone, but nervous to send it, just click the fucking send button. You typed that shit out for a reason.
7. Stay out late, but wake up early. You'll be glad you had all of your day.
8. If something makes you laugh until your sides hurt, write it down in the notes in your phone, you'll want to remember that later.
9. When you're talking to someone and you suddenly think of something to say, put up a finger and wait for them to finish talking. It'll help you remember what you wanted to say but you won't interrupt them.
10. Go to plenty of gigs. Especially outdoor ones. Get drunk with your friends, but not sloppy drunk. Just drunk enough to scream your favourite songs and dance without feeling embarrassed.
11. Even though the best present is someone's presence, its still always nice giving or receiving an actual gift.
12. Always keep a change of clothes in your car. Including a pair of shoes. You never know.
13. Keep at least £20 cash on you at all times.
14. Its okay be sad, but try not to forget what makes you happy
15. Coupons are always fantastic.
16. If you think something is cute, fucking wear it. Don't worry about what everyone else thinks. You'll look great!
17. Sex stores are fun, even if you just want a laugh.
18. Plan out your days off with your friends, that way you aren't stuck around asking the "I don't know, what do you wanna do".
19. Don't forget to remind your friends how much they mean to you.
20. If someone gives a compliment, smile and say thank you. They wouldn't say it if they didn't mean it.
21. Drink plenty of water. Not only does it keep you hydrated but clears your skin.
22. I know you might want to tan, but is it really worth being burnt and exposing yourself to all that skin cancer bullshit? No. use at least SPF 15. Its not that hard and you'll still tan. So stop being a brat.
23.You're allowed to be happy. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
24. Aim to be better, not bitter.
25. Some days are better than others.
26. You can never over pack. Pack what you want. You'll be glad you have options to chose from.
27. Take those extra hours at work. It'll be worth it when you see that paycheque.
28. Clean your fucking room and make your bed you slob. It'll look so much nicer and you'll feel better you did it.
29. If you have to make the first move, it's scary, but someone has to do it.
30. Take plenty of pics. Of the sunset, your friends, your food, your dog, selfies. Everything. That way, later when you scroll through your camera roll, you'll remember everything about that day, good and bad.
So, a slightly different post to usual today but I hope you liked it! Make sure you let me know what you like below or on twitter. Also, I hope you have taken something away from this that you will do in the future and feel free to let me know what that is! So, this is the end for now, hope you have enjoyed and bye!

Whats on my phone
Heya!
The idea of me actually doing this tag came from my friend so, thank you for giving me the idea first of all. I've seen this around on places such as youtube and can't wait to actually share with you all what I have on my phone!
Firstly I'm going to take you through all the apps I have. The apps I use the most are twitter, wattpad and whatsapp. I love twitter because I'm really nosey and love to find out what other people are doing. Also, it helps me promote my blog. I love wattpad because I get to read loads of fanfics on there (I admit that I'm a fangirl!) and I love whatsapp because I love to keep in touch with all my friends and meet up with them!
Other apps I use often are my countdown app and my music. I have ALOT of music on my phone. I love listening to Little Mix, Union J and Mikey Bromley most. However, I do also listen to other artists such as Iggy Azalea, Amelia Lily and The Wanted. (I know they've spilt up but I still like to listen to them occasionally)
The games I have on my phone are Angry Birds, Temple run, simple brick breaker, fruit ninja, flappy bird, love match and solitaire. I don't play my games very often, unless I'm on the tube and I'm bored.
As well as all of this I also have the standard apps that iPhone give you like text messages, emails and the camera. I love photography so I take quite a lot of pictures on my phone. I really like to print them all off and put them in frames and hang them up in my room.
That's all I have on my phone and I hope you have enjoyed this post. Don't forget to let me know what you want to see on here in the comments below or on twitter.

Explaining emotions
Hey again!
So, as you already know from my post yesterday it is mental health awareness week this week. As well as that you now know I that I have been mentally unwell myself at times and have struggled with this.
I have especially struggled with explaining and talking about my emotions. It all started when I was depressed. I was so alone at the time and I felt so isolated and I didn't want to be a burden on anybody so I kept all my feelings to myself. This soon lead to a long problem that I suffered with where I couldn't talk to anybody about how I felt.
Now I am in a totally different position which is a lot better I am in a place where I can actually talk about my emotions. I am also now hanging out with a good group of people which I can feel I can talk to.
I am telling you this story because I bet that there are a few of you out there that are reading this and are suffering from a mental illness and I just want to say well done for getting this far and stay strong and keep on going. People might view you as weak but in my eyes, you are stronger. You are stronger because you wake up everyday and take on the day even with your mental illness. You never give up. Don't give up either. I managed to get through a dark period and I know you can too. I thought I was going to die at my lowest point, but here I am, still alive writing this blog. Stay strong. I know you can do it.
Love,

Mental Health awareness week
Hi everyone!
So, if you didn't know already it is Mental Health awareness week this week and I think it is extremely important to educate people on how important your mental health is and how it can affect people of all ages and not just young people going through exam stress and old people that are getting lonely. It can really affect people of all ages and of all backgrounds. As well as that, mental health is something that can't be seen, so just because you can't see it, doesn't mean its not there.
Mental health is important to me because in the past I feel like I have been in bad places mentally. One time when I was in a mentally bad place was back in 2013/4 when a close friend of mine at the time had cancer. I was devastated at the news and I thought she was going to die because it was her second time fighting cancer. I kept thinking of this and ended up getting quite depressed. It got to the point where I was having suicidal thoughts. It was horrible. Thankfully my friend survived but the depression lasted for quite a while after she came back to school. As well as that I have had periods where I feel like I have suffered from anxiety and it has really affected me sometimes.
I must point out that I have never been officially been diagnosed with any mental illness. To be totally honest, I haven't really talked to anyone about it. I always been a bit scared. I am hoping by writing this that I can be more open about my mental health. I also hope I can help other people be more open about their mental illness. As well as that I would like to end the stigma around mental illness and the stigma around just talking about it. Although it has got better over recent years, there is still along way to go with ending the stigma around mental illness. Just look how far the world has come with gay equality rights! We can go just as far with breaking down the stigma around mental illness.
Thank you for taking the time to read this as it is a subject that is very close to my heart. It is in no way a sob story and I hope nobody has read this thinking that it is. If you want to share your personal mental health story below in the comments they would be gratefully accepted. Personally, I would like the world, and especially this blog, to be a caring community and support network. If you have any negative comments to say please do not leave them here!
Thanks for reading again!

Things I want to do this summer...
Hiya!
Summer is just around the corner and I have a load of things I want to do. I thought I would share some of the things I want to do with you.

Summer is just around the corner and I have a load of things I want to do. I thought I would share some of the things I want to do with you.
- Travel. I have two holidays booked this summer. One to Venice, Italy and the to Lincolnshire, England. I love to explore and learn about new cultures and travel.
- Meet George Shelley. He's a radio presenter and went on a popular UK reality TV show called I'm a celebrity, Get me out of here and came second place! I'm hoping to meet him after he finishes the breakfast show on Capital Radio.
- Chill! After having to do work for a whole academic year I really just want to relax for a bit and make sure I feel refreshed by the end of it.
- Do something new. I always try to do something new every once in a while. Hopefully 2016 will be the year I try to do something totally out of my comfort zone!
- Meet new people. I love to meet new people. Especially if they're from a totally different place from me just because I want to find out about how they live and the culture where they are from!
- Have fun! I really want to have fun this summer and hopefully it will be one of the best summers ever!
- Watch the sunset and sunrise. I love sunset and I think its absolutely beautiful. I haven't actually ever seen a sunrise. I definitely want to do it this summer!
- Spend less time in my phone. I am sooo guilty of this and I think its so bad! Everyone is on their phones and on the internet these days! Why doesn't anyone just turn their phones off and start talking to each other! This summer I definitely want to spend less time on my phone and more time with my friends and actually talking to people!
- Spend more time with friends. I've got a new group of friends I've stared hanging out with this year and after the stress of the end of year exams I can't wait to chill out with them!
That's it for this blog post I'm afraid! Hopefully you have enjoyed this post and let me know in the comments below or on twitter what you want to see and whether you enjoy this style of posts!

Student struggles
Hiya!
As a student I face many struggles every day. I want to share them with you and see if any of you relate to them!

As a student I face many struggles every day. I want to share them with you and see if any of you relate to them!
- Waking up each morning and feeling too comfy in bed
- Just sitting in bed for too long because your too comfy and you end up running late.
- Forgetting your book or homework and trying to come up with a reasonable excuse to get yourself out of having a detention.
- The teacher thinking that their subject that matters
- Feeling like Justin Bieber when I don't get something and say "What do you mean?"
- When a teacher says their tired because they've had a class each period. What do you think students do all day?
- Coming home and not wanting to do any homework. Then having to an all nighter because you've left it to the last minute.

Clos Maggiore
Hey everyone!
I back! Its always feels so long between blog pots now! I should post more often! What do you think? Anyway, last Saturday (the 19th) I went out to a restaurant in Covent Garden, London called Clos Maggiore and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.
I had high expectations of this place since my parents had been going there for years and had always been going on about how good it was. I can definitely say it lived up to expectations! The food was presented so elegantly and tasted so sensational! You can't match that taste with ANY supermarket food! There was never enough! With the starter and the main course you got bread. It was all handmade and tasted amazing! The desert was incredible! It was presented so well and tasted even better! It was an unforgettable experience and was made all the better by the wonderful staff.
After, it was 10pm and I was walking round Covent Garden. It was so quiet yet had a buzz about it. That's the thing with London. It can be so quiet yet have this magical buzz about it. As well as that, there are so many hidden gems in London. Its such a big place and there are so many hidden treasures that nobody knows. I came across a busker who was so good and deserved so much more credit. I may not know your name, but I hope you get the credit you deserve from this! He was just a voice and a guitar!
I had such an amazing time in Covent Garden and especially Clos Maggiore. The amazing thing is that you can just walk past it and not give it a second looking! I would love to go again some time!

(P.S. The toilets in Clos Maggiore are pretty good to!)

My new diet and fitness regime
Hey again!
This week I went back to school after the Easter holidays, like many other schools around the UK. And this term I've decided to really change my diet and make it a lot healthier. As well as that I've decided to do a lot more exercise to try and get fit. As summer is soon approaching I really want to get fit and loose weight and I feel like that if I share this with you it will help me stick to it. I really want to lose about a stone in weight. Hopefully I loose all of that and I'll definitely let you know if I do!
To help me loose weight I have decided to change my diet. Before, I would eat loads of carbs and not many vegetables. As well as that I would have really bad snacks and grab the first thing I could, which was usually biscuits. Now I eat a lot less carbs and have upped my intake of fruit and vegetables. I am now trying to always eat at least 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables a day, if not more! Yesterday I ate 6 and I hope I stick to eating about the same. Its actually easier than you think to eat 5 pieces of fruit and veg. If you try it you'll see that's its actually easier than you think! Also, I have changed my biscuit snacks to much healthier things such as fruit. As well as that I am trying to drink a lot more water. Before I would only ever drink water at school or with my dinner during the week whereas now I am trying to drink a lot more. I am trying to drink more water at school and dinner as well as other times of the day.
As for fitness, I am trying to get on my exercise bike more often. I try to get on it every day if I can but I am very busy sometimes with my workload so I can't all the time but when I can I do. I also try to do squats as well and star jumps. One day I might get Charlotte Crosby's 3 minute belly blitz and 3 minute bum blitz. Either that or Vicky Pattison's 7 day slim. Maybe even all of them!
That's it for now and I hope you have enjoyed this post and getting to know a little bit more about my personal life. I keep updated on how it goes and how much weight I loose. I will also be giving weight loss tips if you want them too. I always enjoy comments and hearing about what you enjoy. Thanks for reading!
